Our plan is a POS Plan offering flexibility of care using United Healthcare's Choice Plus network.

Pharmacy We utilize the CVS Caremark network for our pharmacy benefits - ranging in cost from $10 copay for Generic to 20% copay up to $60 for Specialty.

Dental Employees have two plans to chose from - Aetna Traditional Dental PPO or Aetna Dental Maintenance Organization (DMO).

Our VSP plan covers annual exams for a $10 copay and lenses, frames or contact lenses for $20.

Employee Time Off (ETO)
 
Our employees work hard. No question about it. And we all just need some time to rest and recuperate. ETO is there to ensure our employees take time for themselves and their families, to give their brains a break, and avoid burn out. Newly hired RentPath employees are immediately eligible for ETO, which is earned each month throughout the year to use however they need.
 
Sick Leave Account (SLA) Wellness is as important to us as contributions, so we contribute 3 days into our employee's SLA upon hire and every year thereafter. Unused ETO rolls over into your SLA account.
 
Company Holidays​​​​​​​
 
Our full-time employees enjoy 11 paid Company holidays each year to be with friends and family.​​​​​​​
Volunteer Hours Each employee across the US has the opportunity to use 3 “volunteer” days per calendar year to participate in charitable services and events directly related to the elimination of homelessness.

Maternity Leave Maternity leave is up to 10 weeks of fully paid leave to recover from delivery along with time to bond with and enjoy time with your newborn.
Parental Leave Parental leave is up to 3 weeks of fully paid leave for the birth and care of your newborn child, placement of a child with your adoption, or by the State for foster care.

Our 401(k) plan allows employees to make both pre- and after-tax contributions. Enrollment is immediately upon hire or on the first day of any month thereafter. Matching contributions are immediately vested - no waiting period!
