Giving back isn’t just a side project for us – we truly embody our ethics. We have volunteering weeks, paid volunteering days, and drives to name a few in our efforts to eradicate homelessness and more.
It all started with free apartment guide magazines that were distributed in several cities in Florida (1975).
Throughout most of our evolution, print played an integral part of our story, showcasing apartments and communities across the country. Whether a small town or the big city, our publications became a renter’s most reliable source of information about the marketplace.
We were the ﬁrst online site to surface in the apartment marketing industry in 1996.
The migration from print to 100% digital reached its completion in 2014 and just a year prior, the name RentPath, Inc. was adopted. While we may have replaced our print legacy with a digital future, our commitment to reliable, progressive information continues to guide everything that we do.
ApartmentGuide was ﬁrst in the industry to launch an iPhone app (2008) and to feature an iPad app (2010) for apartment searches
It’s no surprise that the largest percentage of leads generated come from mobile devices today. With the rapid advances in technology, we strive to innovate and lead the change with our dedication in improving the rental journey and by providing a more stress-free experience for our consumers across all devices.
