While we are in a competitive market and hiring is tight, Brian Fink, our Sr. Technical Recruiter from the RentPath Talent Acquisition team, put together some of our favorite interview tips to help you land that next step up in your career.
What is your dress code?RentPath offers a casual environment for our employees (Yay!). We just ask that our employees use their best judgement every day. After all, we are a representation of a great place to work!
How many paid holidays are there?Our employees enjoy 11 paid Holidays to enjoy with their friends and family. The Company provides paid time off so that employees have adequate time available for vacation, holidays, illness and personal reasons.
What beneﬁts do you offer ?The company values the health and well-being of its employees and provides a variety of programs to address employees' beneﬁt needs, such as: medical, dental, vision, FSA, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), disability beneﬁts, and additional voluntary insurance coverage.
What is the deal with parking?Our Corporate Headquarters in Atlanta is located just across, from the Lenox Marta Station. For our Atlanta employees, we offer the choice of free parking (covered parking at that) or a subsidy in lieu of parking. Employees have the opportunity to purchase pre-tax, discounted Marta cards through payroll deductions.
What should I bring to the interview?We'd recommend bringing a few copies of your resume (just to be on the safe side) and something to write with and write on (note taking highly recommended) along with questions about the role, the team and our culture.
How should I dress for the interview?We dress casual most of the time, but since this is your ﬁrst impression - you want to look your best! This really depends on the role, so check with your recruiter. Men might opt to wear dress slacks or chinos, and a button down or polo. Women may think about wearing a blouse (or sweater) with a skirt or dress pants. Show your personality and at the same time - you only get one chance to make a ﬁrst impression.
Do your employees have access to a gym and if so, what does it cost?Atlanta Plaza Fitness Center (where our Headquarters is located) is a free amenity offered to all tenants and the employees who work here. It’s open 5am – 8pm Monday through Friday.
What are your hours?Our general hours are 9am - 6pm, but as you've likely experienced at other companies - employee hours really depend on your role.
What is the office environment like? Check out our view ! The office in Atlanta is made up of three ﬂoors of amazing views of the multiple Atlanta skylines. Each ﬂoor has a different vibe, it's own unique lounge areas and work spaces. Some work spaces are open, standing desk style while others are more individual cube style ﬂoors and a few offices and conference rooms scattered throughout.
